THAI CHICKEN SATAY RECIPE
Chicken Satay Recipe Ingredients :
2 lbs. white meat chicken, cut in 1" strips
Sm. bamboo satay sticks
MARINADE:
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. margarine
3 tbsp. light cream
1/2 c. coconut milk
SAUCE:
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. coconut milk or cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
Run bean stew hot sauce
Chicken Satay Recipe Instructions :
Blend marinade fixings. Add chicken to combination. Marinate something like two hours.
String chicken pieces toward one side of satay sticks. Cook or much better, grill, season with marinade. Present with nut sauce for plunging.
SAUCE: Mix fixings together. Ought to have a sweet/hot nut taste.
