SATAY (ASIAN BARBECUE)   

  Chicken Satay Recipe Ingredients :
1 lb. lean boneless pork
1 lb. lean meat tenderloin
1 lb. boneless chicken

To some degree freeze meat - cut into shapes and put on sticks so it will cook uniformly. Place sticks in a huge shallow baking dish and brush with marinade. Cover and chill 8 hours or short-term.

SATAY SAUCE:
1 sm. onion, finely hacked
1 clove garlic, finely hacked
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2/3 c. coconut milk (or 2/3 c. milk with coconut chips)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. earthy colored sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Chicken Satay Instructions :
Saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Then, at that point, put into blender with residual fixings and mix until smooth. Put into pan and hotness just until thick. Add a water to it.

Plan charcoal fire. Put meat on sticks and cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side, brushing meat marginally with oil as you cook. Serve hot with sauce. 12 servings. Appreciate !
